Jon Stewart has been subtle with his appearances as of lately but this Friday he will get back in front of the camera for a special event with ESPN. For this year’s Warrior Games being held in Chicago; Jon will share the screen as co-host alongside ESPN’s Hannah Storm. The upcoming event is a way to show support for injured and ill service men and women.
Don’t expect to see him daily, but Jon Stewart will co-anchor an hour of ESPN’s “SportsCenter” on Friday alongside Hannah Storm from the 2017 Warrior Games in Chicago. The event, created in 2010 and organized by the Department of Defense, features 265 wounded, ill and injured service members. It began June 30 and goes through Saturday at the United Center. The former host of “The Daily Show,” who will go live with Storm at 7 p.m., attended the Warrior Games last year at West Point and believed they should be televised for more exposure.
